Dr. Richard Stieglitz
Dr. Stieglitz's career has thrived through major changes. After earning a PhD in Nuclear Engineering at Rensselear Polytechnic Institute, he served ten years in the U.S. Navy refueling nuclear submarines during the height of the Cold War. He left the Navy in 1976 to move to Washington and has worked here ever since. He was a Senior Analyst with a consulting firm, Vice President of a software company, and Consulting Director for a large aerospace company. In 1984, Dick started his own company to help Federal agencies change how they do business and pioneered the Integrated Change Management (ICM) methodology. He recently sold the company and now consults with CEOs and COOs of professional services firms to accelerate growth and increase profitability.
