Arlington, VA. (July 26, 2010)-XCALIBUR, a provider of software applications and consulting services presented at the NCCEP Annual GEAR UP conference held in Washington DC July 19-22, 2010. Jim Brown, Curt Reese, and Cathy Daum launched the new product called SCRIBE for GEAR UP the first day of the conference and received enthusiastic praise for the features that enable grants to easily track their information. When Mr. Brown announced to the audience that SCRIBE for GEAR UP can be used on your iPad, eyes lit up and there was a buzz in the crowd. "Throughout the conference we heard users say - 'We are so excited about the new features - this is going to make our lives so much easier' every time we did a demo of SCRIBE for GEAR UP" said Mr. Brown. SCRIBE for GEAR UP is an on-line longitudinal student tracking system that enables the schools, districts, and GEAR UP Program Officers to manage and monitor student, parent, and teacher data.
