Xcalibur uses our SCRIBE tool to help your organization track student performance on standard tests and assessments, courses, and participation in services, intervention, or developmental initiatives. The tool is instrumental in creating a central repository for your organization to review longitudinal data on your students. We specialize in three (3) areas college access programs (grade 7 – grade 12), community college persistence and retention, and higher education programs interested in tracking student participation in identified programs. We allow you to import your data from a variety of sources and update the SCRIBE system with the student participation data directly. Additionally, once your data is in one central location, you can quickly and easily produce any report that you need to meet compliance needs, perform analysis, or monitor the progress of your students and the program as whole.
